Rondekuil Estates’ main conference venue can comfortably accommodate up to 180 delegates. The maximum number of delegates is dependent on the required table and seating layout for clients’ conferences.

When booking our main venue for your company’s conference requirements, or any other work-related functions, the client and their delegates are entitled to making use of the entire venue. This includes the bar facilities, the balcony, as well as the extensive fenced-off outside area (with expansive lawns and trees).

Ideal for strategy sessions, training, and team-building programs, our two Country Lodge Venues accommodate 15 to 24 delegates each. Adjacent enclosed gardens offer tranquil retreats with stunning views of Table Mountain and the surrounding countryside.

Booking our main venue grants access to the entire premises, including bar facilities, balcony, and expansive fenced-off outdoor area featuring lush lawns and trees.

All our venues are air-conditioned, and delegates have free stable access to high-speed WiFi, ensuring seamless connectivity for video conferences and other digital collaborations.

Delegates can fuel up with a hearty breakfast from our B&B accommodation before diving into a day of conferencing. Delicious conference lunches, freshly prepared on-site, are also provided.

The above menu prices include the supply of crockery, cutlery, glassware, white linen etc, and extra staff for serving and cleaning.

Standard conference equipment including flipcharts, whiteboards, and pull-down screens for data projection are provided. Data projectors are available for hire upon prior arrangement.
